Standard Accommodation

Shared Tent
Solo tent accommodation can be shared with 2 to 4 other participants who have selected the same option.

How do I reach Naneghat?
Participants travelling with us can use the designated pickup points. Those travelling independently can reach the campsite directly using the provided location and directions.
Is accommodation provided?
Yes. Basic and common homestay accommodation along with one sleeping bag per person is included. Optional private and shared tent accommodation may also be available at an additional charge.
Can I do astrophotography?
Yes. Participants interested in basic astrophotography can opt to do so after dinner. A DSLR or good camera smartphone and a tripod are required.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made. Please refer to the cancellation policy for the specific session before registering.
How is the payment made?
Payment options such as UPI, NEFT or IMPS can be arranged through the event coordinator.
